Anytime you add bands & weights to a bar or piece of equipment, it automatically changes the dynamics of the movement. In this case, we turned a standard lat pulldown movement into a whole other exercise. The rapid load/deload sequence of the kettlebells keeps the muscle guessing big-time and enhances activation of the Bio Motor Network.
