This video shows you how to setup any Power Rack for BandBell Deadlifts. Although you don’t need to pull this heavy for good results, it’s nice to know you can because the Bar can handle it. Any combination of sets and reps work just as well here as deadlifting off the floor. Plus, you get the added benefit of Oscillating Kinetic Energy (OKE) to keep flexibility and safety at a max.
