Think you’re in good cardio/strength condition and there’s really nothing out there you can’t handle? You might think again after you hook yourself up to a weight sled and then throw a Bamboo Bar on your back. The goal is to march 50 yards up and 50 yards back. 3 sets is optimal, but it all depends on how much weight you put on the sled. On the Bar, start with 25 – 30 lbs. on each side. The posterior chain and core get worked unbelievably hard. This builds serious strength, conditioning, balance and agility that will carry over into any sport and should be considered an A-list, must-do exercise for all athletes.
